Martha Allegro
Martha started her hairdressing journey in 2009 at Heads Up and Bodyworks, before opening and operating Martha's Room in 2020 to focus solely on her own clients and artistry.

In 2024, Martha returned to the house and her old team, ready to lead and grow alongside them. She set to work building Anna Lucia, a calming salon and spa that values Beauty in all of her forms, specifically gorgeous hair, therapeutic Massage, holistic skin services, and traditional customer service.
Martha is committed to assisting her fellow stylists and all of the women who she works with become the happiest, most creative and successful artists possible.

Rachel Doherty
Rachel is a dedicated Customer Service professional who oversees Operations and Client Relations. With years of hands-on experience in the personal care industry, she stays ahead of the latest trends and innovations, ensuring clients are equipped with the correct product knowledge. Combining her certifications from Inside LVMH and in Social Marketing, along with her Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing, she provides a solid foundation for branding, retail, and client experience.

Kerri Killoran
Kerri has had the privilege of transforming looks and boosting confidence for over 30 years . Her journey began with a passionate and creative love of helping others express their unique style through hair. Over the years, she has developed her skills in creative highlighting, cutting, styling, glossing and coloring techniques, while staying up to date with the latest trends including Keratin certification.​ She has invested in advanced education, ensuring that her services meet the highest standards.

Any client lucky enough to have Janet as their Stylist knows what a true gift she is. Calm, warm and attentive, Janet is talented, loves her work, and is an added Energy bonus to any room. Her 35 years of experience sets her apart, and adds to her expertise.

Becky Vesce
Becky is an emerging hairstylist whom recently graduated from hair school. Transitioning from a previous career, Becky has always had a deep passion for hair, which led to pursuing her dream of becoming a professional stylist. With a love for creativity, self-expression, and helping others feel confident, Becky brings a fresh perspective to the beauty industry. She is dedicated to mastering the latest trends and techniques to offer personalized, high-quality services to each client.

The original owner of Heads Up and Bodyworks Salon and Spa, Colleen is Martha's mentor and kindred friend. As a Hairstylist of 41 years, she is simply irreplaceable to her many clients

Merissia Phipps
With a passion for helping clients feel confident and beautiful, Merissia brings skill, creativity and dedication to every appointment.
Growing up in a salon with her mother and grandmother both being hairdressers, she developed a deep love for the industry at an early age. She later pursued her passion at Asnuntuck Community College’s cosmetology program.
Merissia specializes in lived-in looks and precision hair cutting, tailoring each style to enhance her client's natural beauty and lifestyle. She loves staying up to date with the latest trends and techniques to ensure every guest leaves feeling their best.
Massage Therapist
Casey Evans
Casey graduated from Galen Institute in 2004 with honors, and has since explored several modalities. By using a combination of techniques, she is able to provide a massage that is tailored to each client.
Casey has a strong foundation in human anatomy and physiology along with massage therapy. Having spent over 23 years in the gym working with weights and exploring how kinesiology impacts one’s body.
Casey specializes in Hot Stone, and Swedish Massage for those who are looking for a calming massage. For the client looking for something that is more targeted and deeper, she also provides Sports Massage, Deep Tissue and Ashiatsu. Casey also works outside of the spa environment doing Corporate chair massage for in-office events, health fairs, as well as employee appreciation days.

Maureen Blanchard
Maureen is a licensed Holistic skin therapist, skilled in advanced techniques and facial massage, and is passionate about skin care education. Building trust with her clients is something she takes great pride in. She is dedicated to helping clients understand their own unique skin and to teaching them how to protect and take care of it. While blending relaxation and results, together with her clients, she will tackle all of your concerns and bring your skin to its most healthy and beautiful state!

For Halie, beauty and self-care have always been lifelong passions. From a young age, makeup was her passion, but once she started diving into the world of Aesthetics, Halie found an even greater love for skincare. She loves to learn about product ingredients and what they do for our skin. Her #1 goal is to help clients look and feel their best through personalized skincare products & treatments.
